Booty Camp (B)

This circuit format utilizes

cardio intervals on the jump board

with strength & core conditioning

segments on the low chair

& CoreAlign.

 

Pure work & fabulous results!

Jumpboard 25 mins (A)

This open-level class is pure Pilates

cardio. Utilizing the Jumpboard on the Reformer, you will defy gravity

& jump your way to more endurance,

sleeker legs, a stronger core

& just all around sweaty awesomeness.

 

Props are often utilized to add

challenging variations.

Jumpboard/Chair (B)

 

Challenge yourself with this class.

 

Begin with leg burning cardio on

the Jumpboard, ending with booty

sculpting, strength training

on the Chair.

Kids Yoga & Pilates

An after school class for your child to connect to their body in a new & 

different way.

 

Class will be creative & explorative to combine the teachings & philosophies

of both yoga & Pilates.

 

Get their bodies on the right track early

on & invite them to experience a

body/mind connection in a

whole new way!

Mat Class (A)

This open-level class follows the

classical Pilates Mat sequence.

 

It’s a date with you & gravity!

 

Breathe, flow, bend your spine & 

transform your body.

Mixed Equipment Class (B)

This open level class will challenge you

in surprising & new ways. Experience

the reformer, tower, yoga wall, mat, CoreAlign and/or chair.

 

The class format will change to keep

things interesting & spicy!

Reformer (B)

Experience recommended. Classical Reformer flow sequence developed

by Mr. Pilates. The Reformer is one

of the primary pieces of Pilates

equipment & is a great full body

workout that will strengthen, stretch,

& leave you centered & sweaty!

 

Get ready to “reform” your body,

mind, & spirit.

Tower (B)

This open-level class is one of ESP signature classes!

 

Using the Pilates Tower, (a space

saving version of the Pilates Cadillac

or Trapeze Table) the practitioner is

guided through a dynamic Mat warm

up, then dives into flowing sequences

on the Tower utilizing spring-based exercises.

A perfect way to build strength, sculpt,

& tone your body.

Yoga Flow

A fast-paced Vinyasa yoga class where

our movements connect to our breath

for a 45 minute flow, followed by a

guided meditation & 10 minute

Savasana.

Class open to all levels and every body.
